Cooked to perfection, succulent mouth-watering steaks. This is just one of the reasons my husband and I eat often at the Butcher Block in Blue Hills (Midrand). Another reason is also because it is less than 5km away from home, so that makes it very convenient.
Tonight we had dinner at the Butcher Block and this time I ordered the Haloumi starter – it is grilled and served on a skewer with a sweet dipping sauce on the side. It was delicious, just enough to wet my appetite and awaken my taste buds for the mail meal, of which I was still contemplating at the time. Continue reading
